High flowrate and enormous pressure increase?
- The Dietz SB High Performance Blower for frequency converter operation can do both!

Our High Performance Blower SB is compact and combines the advantages of radial fans with the advantages of side channel blowers or pumps. On the one hand, high flow rates and good efficiency over a wide range of characteristic curves, on the other hand high pressure increase or decrease.

The SB High Performance Blower have appealing aluminium housings and feature solid high-performance impellers and special high-speed motors manufactured in-house.
Therefore they offer high power, over-/underpressure and flow rates with an ultra-compact design.

The units are basically suitable both for pressure operation and for suction operation.

Specially matched frequency converters are parameterised at the factory.

We offer sound absorber boxes and complete electronic boxes for the Blowers. For example, this includes pressure control, brake resistors, line filter, switches and frequency converter. In addition suitable tubular silencers and relubrication devices are also available. 

In 2020, we as a traditional Swabian company launched the most powerful SB140.
Like SB 80, SB 100 and SB 120 it is directly driven from a high speed motor thus avoiding the disadvantages of belt-driven systems.

The achievable values speak for themselves: up to 25000Pa and 50 m3/min.

SB 140 is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor with embedded magnet design in IEC size 160.
It is designed for industrial use, for example, in drying systems, cleaning systems, packaging technology or as a vacuum unit for cutter.
The use of SB High Speed Blowers results in energy cost savings and cut the company's ecological footprint, especially in comparison with side channel compressors or pumps.
