Mechanical engineering companies often prefer turnkey complete components that are purchased as a unit. These include complete units for negative pressure applications, such as in cutting technology, or positive pressure units for supplying air to airknife systems.
Dietz-motoren offers designed systems for both applications, which include all components for operation. In addition to the high-performance blower of the SB series, electronic components such as frequency converters, which have been tested in long-term trials, are installed and already parameterized for the application. In the case of cutting table applications, braking resistors are used and interfaces for pressure sensors are offered, as highly flexible control is required here.
The housings are made of sheet steel and are lined on the inside with sound-absorbing material. The dimensions have been designed in such a way that the unit is as flat as possible and thus fits under machine tables.
